Our barrel aged feta, is an authentic cheese from Greece.
It is made with the traditional procedure, by 100% Greek fresh pasteurized sheep & goat milk, from selected areas of Pelopponese.
The maturation process takes place in wooden barrels, giving to this feta its characteristic aroma and a deeper, richer taste.
Cheese making follows the European legislation under the highest security standards.
